How do I choose between bikini separates and one-pieces?
Our separates (Bikini Tops & Bottoms) allow for custom sizing and mix-and-match possibilities, while our One Pieces offer seamless elegance. Consider your activities – separates provide more adjustability for active beach days, while one-pieces stay secure for resort lounging.
Do you offer plus-size options?
Yes! Our D+ Cup collection is specially designed for fuller busts, and many of our Cover Ups & Resortwear pieces feature flowy silhouettes with adjustable ties. Check individual product descriptions for specific sizing guidance.

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed with encryption.
How can I get free shipping?
Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free Island Time shipping via EMS (15-25 days). Pro Tip: Add a Bandeau or Jewelry item to reach the threshold while expanding your vacation wardrobe!
Why was my card declined?
This is usually your bank’s fraud prevention. Ensure your billing address matches what’s on file with your bank. For international orders, some banks block overseas transactions – you may need to notify them in advance.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We offer two “tides” of delivery:
– Express Tide: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after 1-2 day processing)
– Island Time: Free on $50+ orders via EMS (15-25 days after processing)
During peak season (May-August), we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your vacation.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, with some exceptions. We ship globally except certain Asian and remote regions due to customs complexities. Contact [email protected] if you’re unsure about your location.
How are customs fees handled?
We declare full value on all international packages to prevent surprises. While we can’t predict local fees, our “Border-Friendly Packaging” approach minimizes issues. Some countries may charge import duties – check your local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Our Sunshine Guarantee gives you 15 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached. Simply email us to initiate the process. Note: Final sale items (marked as such) can’t be returned.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days, plus your bank’s processing time (typically another 3-5 days). We’ll email you when your refund is issued.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely! Email us within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size while returning the original (we’ll refund once received).

What if my package is lost or delayed?
While most delays are due to customs or local carriers, we’ll help track down your UPF-protected essentials. Contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we don’t offer formal gift wrapping, but our vacation-ready packaging (think: tropical tissue paper) makes any arrival feel special. You can include a gift message during checkout!
