Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our bikinis and resortwear.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms, bikini bottoms, or any D+ Cup specialty items unless they arrive defective. All jewelry and accessories are final sale.
Easy Returns Process
- Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship Your Return: Package the items securely in their original packaging and include all tags. Affix the provided return label.
- Track Your Return: Once we receive your package at our Atlanta facility, we’ll process your request within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Options
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item for:
- A different size of the same item (subject to availability)
- Store credit for the full item value
- Another item of equal value (you’ll be responsible for any price difference)
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
- International customers may be subject to customs fees that are non-refundable

For our global customers outside the US:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Shoreline Trendy item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
